End-to-end IT stack for an aged-care provider

See the build ↓Microsoft 365 tenant
Mailboxes, security baselines, shared drives and staff onboarding — the tenant the whole team runs on.
See the build ↓Payroll automation
Facial-recognition clock-in, fraud prevention and Xero Payroll sync — the Moonbell engine, with its own case study.

The public website is the deliverable Norfolk Court's families actually visit — the most visible of the three. A custom web app built in Python on AWS: staff post news and newsletters themselves through a secure dashboard, with automated deploys and infrastructure as code. Live in production at norfolkcourt.co.nz.
- A secure staff dashboard for posting news and newsletters — no developer in the loop.
- Built in Python on AWS, with automated deploys and infrastructure as code.
- One responsive layout — reception desk to a relative's phone.
- The facility's own 'Watch Our Story' video on the home hero — the real building, no stock imagery.
The tenant nobody sees
Every mailbox, login and shared file at Norfolk Court runs on a Microsoft 365 tenant we stood up and hardened. It's the least visible deliverable — nothing to screenshot — but the one the whole team touches every day.
Mailboxes & identity
Per-staff Exchange Online accounts and shared mailboxes on one managed domain — MX and DNS cut over with no mail lost.
Security baselines
MFA enforced, conditional access, and Microsoft's recommended baselines applied across the tenant.
Shared drives
SharePoint and OneDrive libraries replacing ad-hoc file sharing, with least-privilege access groups.
Staff onboarding
A repeatable join-and-leave runbook so accounts and access track the roster — documented for handover.
The Moonbell payroll engine
The facility's payroll runs on Moonbell — facial-recognition clock-in, multi-signal fraud checks, and a manager dashboard that syncs approved timesheets straight to Xero. It grew into a standalone product, so it keeps its own full case study.
